He was born on Tuesday, December 09, 1947 to Albert A. Bours, Jr. and Betty Jane Bours nee Coleman in Lebanon. He was a member of Tabor United Church of Christ. He loved music, woodworking and trains.
Surviving are wife Louise A. Bours nee Gingrich, Lebanon; daughters Michelle E. spouse of Jay B. Rittle, Lebanon, Jennifer R. spouse of Todd Clontz, Halethorpe, MD, Deborah J. spouse of Kirk Mateer, Aberdeen, MD; son Jeremy M. spouse of Tessa J. Bours, Cleona; grandchildren Tyler Eckenroad, Brittany Rittle, Kristina Rittle, Jeremy Bours, Jr., Abagail Clontz, Adam Clontz; sisters Carol Ann Bamberger, Edith I. Thierwechter.
Visitation will be on Thursday, October 14, 2010 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Christman''s Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Memorial services will be on Thursday, October 14, 2010 at 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
Inurnment will be at Ebenezer "Covenant" Cemetery, Lebanon, following the service.
