Alice M. "Doll" Leeper, 89, of Quentin, died on Monday, September 24, 2012 at her home.
She was born on Friday, February 23, 1923 to the late Frank Light and Naomi Light nee Miller in Lebanon. She
worked as a seamstress and enjoyed car races, bowling, knitting, yardwork and word puzzles. She also traveled with
her husband.
Surviving are daughter Martha spouse of Ray E. Sites, Manheim; grandchildren Debra spouse of David Vogel,
Michelle spouse of J. Michael Shelly; great grandchildren Dustin Vogel, Dacia Vogel, Mason Shelly; great great
grandchild Ashton Cole Newhouse; niece Sandra spouse of R. Terry Matthews; nephew Dale spouse of Barb Engle,
several other nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by husband Larry L. Leeper; daughter Carol Phillips;
grandchild Sharon M. Sites; twin sister Mary A. Engle; sister Ada O''Leary; brother Ira Light.
Viewing will be on Saturday, September 29, 2012 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Christman''s Funeral Home, Inc.,
226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Cornwall Cemetery, Cornwall, following the service.
