Alvin Hinks

Alvin J. Hinks Sr., Lebanon, passed away on Friday May 11, 2012 at his home. Born in Ashland, PA, he was the son of the late Thomas Hinks and Ida Hinks nee Baylor. Alvin enjoyed living with his companion and wife of 65 years, Severia "Sally" Hinks, and spending time with his grandson and "special angel," the late Christopher A. Hinks. Surviving are wife, Severia "Sally" Hinks; son Alvin "Butch" Hinks; sisters Janette Kamaster and Loraine Price. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Christopher A. Hinks, who passed away in 2003. Viewing hours will be on Friday May 18, 2012 between the hours of 9:30 a.m and 11:30 p.m at Christman''s Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
