Betty L. Boyer, 77, of Thompsontown, died on Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at Lewistown Hospital.
She was born on Friday, September 29, 1933 to the late John A. Ulrich, Sr. and Ella Marie Ulrich nee Werner in Lebanon. She enjoyed reading the bible, puzzles and supported missionaries.
Surviving are daughters Mary J. spouse of Robert Wagner, Thompsontown, Ann spouse of Rodney Hart, Juniata Co.; sons Calvin A. spouse of Jayne Boyer, Annville, John A. Sr, spouse of Vickie Boyer, Lebanon; daughter Ella M. Flemming, Pine Grove; son James E. Boyer, MT; daughter Larene B. spouse of Shawn Dierolf, Muhlenburg; 18 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; brothers Wayne Ulrich, John A. Ulrich, Jr.; sisters Ora Bell Bomgardner, Joan Merkey; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by husband Calvin E. Boyer; brother Robert Ulrich.
Viewing will be on Monday, October 18, 2010 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Christman''s Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon. An evening viewing will also be on Sunday, October 17, 2010 from 6-8PM at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be on Monday, October 18, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Grand View Memorial Park, Annville, following the service.
