Carolyn I. "Carrie" Keefer, 103, of Cornwall Manor, died on Thursday, May 27, 2010 at the home.
She was born on Tuesday, February 19, 1907 to the late David M. Keefer and Nora Keefer nee Bashore in Bethel
Twp. She was a member of Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church. She worked as a registered nurse in the Army in
World War II and retired from US Mint as an Occupational Health Nurse for 27 years.
Surviving are nieces Karen Heinle, Larene Stone, Mildred Werner, Barbara Dennis, Carolyn Reddinger; several
great nephews. She was preceded in death by sisters Dorothy Fake, Florence Daubert; brother Ammon Keefer;
nephew Ronald Daubert.
Memorial service information will be available through Cornwall Manor.
Inurnment will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Fredericksburg, at the convenience of the family.
