Carolyn S. Ruiz

Carolyn S. Ruiz, 80, of Myerstown, died on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at Wellspan York Hospital.
She was born on Tuesday, June 2, 1942 to the late Herbert Howlett and Charlotte Howlett nee Dillan in Coalwood,
WV. She worked for Hershey Foods for 35 years. Carolyn enjoyed gardening and an avid reader of the bible. She
liked playing cards, was very social and a lover of chocolate.
Surviving are daughter Corina S. Chiavetta; grandchildren Damius Ruiz, Justin Chiavetta, Shmika Ruiz, Jeriah Ruiz;
great grandchildren Damius, Jr., Ian, Nevaeh; close family friend Andrea Gonzalez. She was preceded in death by
husband Confessor Ruiz.
Viewing will be on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226
Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 1:30 PM at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Grand View Memorial Park, Annville, following the service.
