Catherine Brightbill

Catherine J. "Cass" Brightbill, 83, of Lebanon, died on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at her home.
She was born on Wednesday, June 10, 1931 to the late John Smetana and Anna Smetana nee Fischer in Lebanon. She was a member of Kochenderfer's United Methodist Church where she liked to socialize with the church family.  She worked as a seamstress and was married to her husband for 63 years in October. Cass also enjoyed dancing and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Surviving are husband Hiram J. Brightbill, Jr.; son Dennis J. spouse of LuAnn Brightbill, Annville; daughters Kathleen spouse of Kenneth Englert, MD, Ann spouse of James Witman, Lancaster, Paula spouse of David Albright, Lebanon, Sherry spouse of Kevin Livering, Lebanon; 9 grandchildren;  2 step grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 2 step great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by 1 sister; 3 brothers.
Viewing will be on Sunday, November 23, 2014 from 6-8 PM at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Monday, November 24, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Kochenderfer's United Methodist Church, 1105 Kochenderfer Road, Lebanon, with viewing starting at 10:00AM.
Burial will be at Kochenderfer's "Zion" Cemetery, Lebanon, following the service.
