Charles R. "Chuck" Johnson, 35, of 310 S. Lincoln Avenue, Lebanon, died on Tuesday, November 09, 2010 at his
home.
He was born on Wednesday, September 17, 1975 to the late Harry Johnson and Sharon Johnson nee Sias in Kimer,
WY. He worked as a fork lift operator. He enjoyed golf, camping, trains, poker and civil war history. He was also a
soccer coach for Lebanon Catholic Girls Soccer. He loved his family, children, friends and would do anything who
needed a helping hand.
Surviving are wife Kelly Johnson nee Fenton, Lebanon; daughters Breanna Johnson, Mackenna Johnson, Olivia
Johnson; son Alexander Johnson; niece Kelsey Smith.
Visitation will be on Monday, November 15, 2010 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Quentin United Church of Christ, Rt.
72 & 419, Lebanon, PA 17042.
Memorial services will be on Monday, November 15, 2010 at 2:00 PM at the church.
Inurnment will be at the convenience of the family.
