Cynthia M. "Cindy" Lentz, 68, of Lebanon, died on Monday, November 07, 2016 at Reading Hospital.
She was born on Saturday, June 26, 1948 to Jean M. Gibbel nee Karper and the late Richard Gibbel in Lebanon. She was an active member of Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church in Bethel where she played the piano, organ and was on council. Cindy also worked at Harold's Furniture for 17 years.
Surviving are daughters Charlene A. Oberly and Lanette Crowley; grandchildren Ryan Oberly, Damien Stansfield, Amanda Feger. She was preceded in death by husband Thomas J. Lentz.
Viewing will be on Friday, November 11, 2016 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church, 8410 Lancaster Ave., Bethel.
Funeral services will be on Friday, November 11, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the church.
Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
