David L. Fields, 43, of 50 N. 12th Street Apt. 2 Lebanon, died Saturday, October 17, 2009 at his home.
He was born June 18, 1966 to the late Marvin Arthur and Michelle Waite Fields in Downey, CA. He enjoyed collecting die cast cars.
Surviving is wife Kristina S. Seeger Fields of Lebanon; sons Daniel Fields, Jonathon Fields, Cody Fields; brother Eric spouse of MaryLynn Fields of FL.; sister Lisa Contreres of Harrisburg; brother Kenneth Contreres of CA; nieces Megan Green, Nichole Kasprzha, Erin Montgomery; and a great niece.
Memorial services will be at the convenience of the family.
