Dean M Boltz, 60, of Lebanon, passed away on April 18, 2022, surrounded by family. He was the Son of Lee Boltz (deceased) and Mabel Hornickell (Charles). He was happily married to Doreen (Spangler) Boltz for 37 years. His siblings are brothers: John Kleinfelter (deceased) and (Terry), Harold Kleinfelter and (Mary), Robert Kleinfelter and (Deb), sisters: Mabel Kleinfelter Park, Judy Kleinfelter Davis and (Rick). His “Kids” are Amy Miller (Loren), Seric Kapp (Becki), and Ashley Dulabohn. He was blessed with a granddaughter Hattie, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Dean was last employed at Nolt's Auto Parts. He enjoyed hunting, watching football and racing, attending and photographing dirt track racing. He photographed amazing sunrises at Middlecreek Wildlife Management Area. He loved spending time with family and friends. Dean had a heart of gold. He never missed an opportunity to help people in need. For many years, he pitched on a fast-pitch softball team in Lebanon. Dean was also a voluntary Coach for girls softball at Elco High School.Memberships included: Mount Lebanon Lodge # 226, Weidel Royal Arch Chapter #197, Hermit Commandery # 24, Lebanon Council # 27, RMEF, Myerstown Rod and Gun Club, and Steelstown Gunning Club. The Celebration of Dean's life will be held on Thursday, May 5th at the South Lebanon Community Church (formerly Midway Church of the Brethren), 13 Evergreen Road, Lebanon, PA 17042. Family visitation will be held from 4:00- 7:00 p.m. Immediately following visitation, there will be a Masonic Service and Celebration of Life. To honor Dean, feel free to dress casual and wear orange, camouflage, Carhartt, or racing attire to the service.
