She was born on Friday, October 31, 1958 to Freeman Miller, Jr. and Marian Miller nee Artz in Lebanon. Deb worked at Alley Center for the Blind. She was a member of St. Mark's United Church of Christ and was very involved with the church and cubscouts.
Surviving are husband Jerry R. Ruhnke; son Jason Ruhnke; brother Freeman Miller, III spouse of Kathleen; sister Beth spouse of Gary Ludwig; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by daughter Deanna Ruhnke.
Viewing will be on Saturday, July 12, 2014 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Mark's United Church of Christ, 426 N. 8th Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the church.
Burial will be at Grand View Memorial Park, Annville, following the service.
