Dennis Boltz

Dennis M. Boltz, 72, of Lebanon, died on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital.
He was born on Saturday, December 1, 1945 to the late Thomas W. Boltz and Hattie Boltz nee Spitler in Frystown. He was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ-Hamlin. Dennis was a veteran of the Army in the Vietnam War, was a member of the American Legion #530 and liked helping fellow veterans.
Surviving are children Dennis M. spouse of Kathy Boltz, Donna M. spouse of Kevin Frantz, Douglas M. spouse of Denise Boltz; 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by brother Thomas W. Boltz; sisters Lillian Rittle, Hilda Heisey, Rebecca Barnes.
Services will be at the convenience of the family.
