Donna E. Huey-Shaak, 65, of Myerstown, died on Wednesday, September 07, 2016 at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital.
She was born on Friday, April 20, 1951 to the late Thomas Goodlavage and Marian Goodlavage nee Haack in Lebanon.
Surviving are sons Keith spouse of Leslie Weary, Justin spouse of Heather Huey; grandchildren Britany Weary, Blake Weary, Evan Huey, Claudia Huey.
Memorial services will be on Friday, September 16, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
