Dorothy Bianco

Dorothy H. Bianco, 84, of Lebanon, PA, passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2009, at her home. Born December 1, 1925, in Hazleton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Walter Hagelgans and Susan Hagelgans, nee Sabo. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dominic J. Bianco.

She was retired from the VA Hospital and was an active member of St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church. She spent many years devoted to her family and community. She is survived by her son, Christopher J., husband of Elizabeth A., and grandchildren, Joshua L. and Samantha J. Bianco, Lebanon, PA; two brothers, Walter Hagelgans, Whippany, NJ, and Donald Hagelgans, Clifton, NJ; several nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service at St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church, 53 Chestnut Street, Lebanon, PA, on Sunday, January 10, 2010, at Noon, with The Rev. Ian Reid officiating. Final farewell and interment will be private at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. Memorial remembrances, in lieu of flowers, may be made to: St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church.
