Douglas A. "Doug" Boyer, 64, of Lebanon, died on Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at his home.
He was born on Saturday, August 17, 1946 to Carl Boyer and Arlene H. Boyer nee Herr in Rexmont. He was a member of Cornwall United Methodist Church. He worked as a masonry contractor. He was a veteran of the Marine Corps in the Vietnam Conflict. He enjoyed camping and his family. He also was on a mission trip to Africa. Doug was an avid Eagles and Phillies fan.
Surviving are sons Mark A. spouse of Tracy Boyer, Lebanon, Andrew D. Boyer, Lebanon, Timothy S. Boyer,
Lebanon; grandchildren Becky Weigley and Emily K. Boyer; brothers Ed spouse of Linda Boyer and Jim spouse of
Pat Boyer; sister Barb Bennetch.
He was preceded in death by wife Kathleen Boyer.
Viewing will be on Monday, December 20, 2010 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Christman''s Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Memorial services will be on Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Cornwall United Methodist Church, Cornwall.
Burial will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville on Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at 9:00AM. If you desire to be in the procession, please meet at Christman''s Funeral Home at 8:15AM.
