He was born on Tuesday, March 22, 1932 to the late Paul R. Blatt and Edna M. Blatt nee Bomgardner in Lebanon. He worked as an electrician and welder and was a veteran of the Army in the Korean Conflict. He enjoyed watching hockey, especially the Hershey Bears. Earl also liked bus trips and bluegrass music.
Surviving are daughters Susan M. spouse of Dale Coyler, Tina L. spouse of Martin Harnish; sons Earl L. spouse of Janet Blatt, James P. Blatt, David L. Blatt; 6 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by wife Catherine M. "Dolly" Blatt nee Brandt.
Services will be at the convenience of the family.
Inurnment will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
