Earl Weaver

Earl W. Weaver, 90, of 19 Shellie Street, Lebanon, died Monday, October 5, 2009 at home.

He was born December 17, 1918 to the late Roy M. and Della Shephard Weaver in Gettysburg. He was a member of Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church, Lebanon.

He was a member of the Men of Salem and an usher for many years; a life member of the Mt. Olivet Lodge #704 F&AM fire police of Rescue Hose Company #4; auxiliary police of Cleona Police Dept. Friendship Fire Company; Independent Fire Company; Washington, Fire Company; and he served in the PA National Guard 213th Coast Artillery Headquarters Battalion.

Surviving is wife Louise Miller Weaver of Lebanon; daughters Barbara spouse of Wally Weaver of Lebanon, Paulette spouse of Wayne Parker of Ephrata; step-son James Roland of Lebanon; grandchildren Steven Weaver of Lebanon, David Weaver of Lebanon, Brian Weaver of Lebanon, Thomas Heverling of Lebanon; 14 great grandchildren.

Viewing is scheduled for Thursday, October 8, 2009, from 1-2PM at Christman''s Funeral Home, Inc. at 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.

Services will be held Thursday, October 8, 2009, at 2:00 PM at Christman''s Funeral Home, Inc. at 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.

Burial will be at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.
