Edward Short

Edward Earl Short, 90, of Lebanon, died on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at VA Medical Center.
He was born on Tuesday, November 17, 1925 to the late Francis Short and Ada Short nee Lehman in Lebanon. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church and worked as a maintenance mechanic at Lebanon County Housing Authority. Edward was a veteran of the Army in World War II and was a member of the Rescue Hose Fire Company and the Independent Fire Company.
Surviving are wife Mary Eloise Short nee Hartman; children Rochelle A. spouse of Tom Lesher, Myerstown, Rev. Edward J. spouse of Carol Short, York; 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; brother Allen Short. He was preceded in death by sisters Betty McKinney, Sylvia Short; brother Bud Short.
Services will be at the convenience of the family.
