Elizabeth B. "Betty" Snyder, 95, of Lebanon, formerly of Maple Terrace, died on Friday, December 14, 2012 at
Linden Village.
She was born on Thursday, September 13, 1917 to the late Paul H. Bordlemay and Eva E. Bordlemay nee Potteiger
in Lebanon. She was a member of Holy Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church. She was a cake decorator for Royers
Cake Box for 40 years. She also enjoyed playing cards and loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Elizabeth was a VBS teacher, taught Sunday school, a leader in the children''s church, member of the Alter Guild, JDK
Circle Group, Church Women United Group and was a choir mother. The family would like to give a warm thank you
to Linden Village and GSH Hospice for their great service.
Surviving are sons Mark I. Jr., spouse of Sharon Snyder, Ephrata, Thomas P. spouse of Annetta Snyder, Lebanon;
grandchildren Kristen Mattingly, Laurie Sauder, Brian Snyder, Todd Walter, Betsy Eichelberger; great grandchildren
Brad Snyder, Nathan Sauder, Eric Snyder, Zack Walter, Reese Walter, Nadia Walter, Corbin Walter. She was
preceded in death by husband Mark Snyder Sr.; sister Esther Sherk; brother Paul Bordlemay, Jr.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Holy Trinity Evangelical
Lutheran Church, 723 Lehman Street, Lebanon.
Memorial services will be on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the church.
Graveside services will be at Grand View Memorial Park, Annville, on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at 10:00AM.
