Eric J. Weng, 56, of Lebanon, died on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at his home.
He was born on Monday, January 27, 1964 to Francis H. Weng, Jr. and Emily Weng nee Dusik in Drexel Hill, PA. He retired from the Army as a Specialist with 3 Bronze Stars, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, KU-LIB-MDL (Saudia Arabia and Kuwait), Driver & Mechanic Badge, Mechanic Marksmanship Qual Badge-Sharpshooter with Rifle. He was a generous man who loved spending time with his family. Eric enjoyed collecting antiques, taking long rides, bird watching, gardening, camping and board games.
Surviving are wife Corine E. Koser nee Achey; stepchildren Cherrie, Jackie; step grandchildren Seiarra, Zayden, Trinity, Alexander, Rayline; brother Kurt J. Weng; sisters Linda Weng, Judy Rizzo and spouse Mike, Karen Held and spouse Larry; nieces and nephews Vincent, Cheryl and spouse Josh, Janine, Robert, Kevin, Stephen; great nieces and nephews Sierra, Dylan, Maximus.
Viewing will be on Monday, August 17, 2020 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Monday, August 17, 2020 at 11:30 AM at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, with full military honors, following the service.
