Erla Deck

Erla L. Deck, 95, of Cornwall, died on Monday, January 10, 2011 at Cornwall Manor.
She was born on Monday, November 08, 1915 to the late Harry Knapp and Bertha Knapp nee Thompson in Fredericksburg. She was a member of Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church. Erla was the bookkeeper and secretary for her husband''s businesses, which included local contractor and Deck Acres Campground. She was a former Sunday School teacher and former choir member; a member of the Mary Circle at church; former member of the Antique Car Club of America; and life member and past president of the Lebanon Women''s Club; GSH Auxillary for many years. Erla also was a life member of Senior Center of Lebanon Valley.
Surviving are several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by husband Henry J. Deck; sister Lessie Wagner-Knapp; brother Victor Knapp; sister Phyllis Ninkovich; brother Mark Knapp.
Graveside services will be the convenience of the family.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
