F. Reinhold

F. Lewis Reinhold, Jr., 88, died on Saturday, November 06, 2010 at Lebanon Valley Brethren Home where he was a resident of Leffler Care for the past 4 years.

He was born on Friday, July 28, 1922 to F. Lewis Reinhold and Ruth B. Reinhold nee Zimmerman in Denver. He was an active member of Lebanon Church of the Brethren. He was a World War II veteran serving from 1941-45 in the Quartermaster Corps. He retired in 1984 from Peiffer''s Foodland, where he was employed for 33 years and known also as "Louie the Butcher." He was a member of the Lebanon Senior Center and served as president of Lebanon Keen Age Seniors. He was a member of Gideons'' International and also enjoyed bowling and golfing. He was also a volunteer fireman and member of the Rescue Hose Company No.4 in Lebanon.

Surviving are wife Ruth Reinhold nee Gassert, Palmyra; son Bruce F. spouse of Isabel Reinhold, Lebanon; daughter Carol A. spouse of Robert Kercher, Lebanon; grandchildren David Reinhold, Deana Reinhold, Kenneth Kercher, Lori Kercher; great grandchildren Colin Kercher, Kyle Kercher; sisters F. Rosalie Bross, Ruth L. Lewis, June L. Hood, Rhea J. Rauch. Rhona J. spouse of Raymond Stonebach; several nieces and nephews; uncles and cousins.

Viewing will be on Wednesday, November 10, 2010 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Lebanon Church of the Brethren, 400 Locust Street, Lebanon.

Funeral services will be on Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at 11:30 AM at the church.

Burial will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, following the service.
