Florence M. Vituszynski

Florence M. Vituszynski, 103, went home to the Lord at StoneRidge Towne Center on Tuesday, July 4, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on Friday, June 4, 1920 to the late William M. Althouse and Edna Althouse nee Hoover in Avon, Pennsylvania. Florence was a homemaker and dedicated her life to raising her treasured family. She was an active member in her community as a member of the Keenagers of the Lebanon Church of the Brethren, the Avon United Methodist Church, Avon Fire Co. Auxiliary and Steelworkers Auxiliary and participated in Relay for Life events. Florence enjoyed crossword puzzles, the Philadelphia Phillies, and reminiscing about the fishing trips she would take with her husband. She is survived by her Children Larry and spouse Suzanne of Leesport; Michael and spouse Diana of Lebanon; and Rose Marie of Lebanon; 8 Grandchildren; 21 Great-Grandchildren; 6 Great-Great-Grandchildren; and Sister Marie Graham of Ocala, Florida. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Zigmond Vituszynski; Son Billie Vituszynski; Brothers Robert Althouse, Eugene Althouse, and Charles Althouse; Sisters Betty Jane Cook, Ruth Ainsworth and Grace Daub; Great-Grandchildren Timothy Zohner, II., and Austan Smith. A Viewing will be held at Christman's Funeral Home, 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at 10:00 AM followed by Funeral Services starting at 11:00 AM. Graveside services will be held at Wolf's Union Meeting House Cemetery in Lebanon.
