Forrest Schell

Forrest D. Schell, 88, of  Lebanon, passed away on Sunday, November 28, 2021 at home with his loving family. He was born on January 17, 1933 to the late Jacob Schell and Minnie Schell nee Eisenhouer in Annville, PA.  He spent his working career as a welder for Gindy Trailers. He had also been a groundskeeper for Good Samaritan Hospital for 11 years. In his free time you could catch him out hunting, fishing or making memories down at the shore. He is survived by his daughter Gloria Bender and her spouse Dale; Three grandchildren, Six great- grandchildren, Three great-great grandchildren, and 1 great-great-great grandchild, and his sister Carol Light. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Alice Schell and siblings; Rachel Garst, Blanche Keller, Ferne Chronister, and Paul Schell. Visitation will be on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM with services to follow at Christman's Funeral Home Inc. Burial will be at Ebenezer Covenant/Greenwood Cemetery, Lebanon, following the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Wellspan GSH Hospice, PO Box 1281, Lebanon, PA 17042.
