Gary L. Phillippy, 56, of Hummelstown, died on Monday, March 19, 2012 at M.S. Hershey Medical Center.
He was born on Monday, April 18, 1955 to Kenneth Phillippy and Dorothy Phillippy nee Bender in Lebanon.
Surviving are brother Thomas spouse of Joanne Phillippy; sister Beverly Phillippy; nephews Thomas Phillippy, Jr. and friend Danielle, David Phillippy; great niece Skylynn Phillippy; great nephew Brayden Phillippy. He was preceded in death by brother Denny Phillippy.
Viewing will be on Friday, March 23, 2012 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Christman''s Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Friday, March 23, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Pleasant Hill Chapel Cemetery, following the service.
