Grace E. Umbenhauer, 89, of Lebanon, died on Thursday, December 22, 2011 at Manor Care.
She was born on Saturday, July 15, 1922 to the late Gordon E. Schneck and Amanda E. Schneck nee Glore in Pine Grove. She was a member of St. Jacob''s Lutheran Church. She worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Surviving are daughter Doris P. spouse of Harold H. Heinbach, Cochranville; son Dennis P. Umbenhauer, Lebanon; grandchildren Robin Hamilton, Sandra Heinbach, Michael Zombro, Dennis Zombro, Debbie Greenberg, Pam Hoffman, Brandy Reppert, Kelly Umbenhauer; 15 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren; brothers Lester Schneck, Russell Schneck; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by husband Luther P. Umbenhauer; daughter Janet Meyer; brothers Stanley Schneck, Allen Schneck, Martin Schneck, Glenn Schneck, Earl Schneck.
Viewing will be on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Christman''s Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Burial will be at St. Jacob''s Lutheran Cemetery, Pine Grove, following the service.
