Gregory Shay

Gregory J. "Doc" Shay, 73, of Lebanon, died on Friday, April 15, 2022 at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital. He was born on Sunday, March 13, 1949 to the late Harry E. Shay and Christine Shay nee Rudy in Lebanon. He was a big sports fan, especially the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles. Doc also enjoyed watching the snow geese at Millcreek. Surviving are children Kathleen L. Bachman and spouse Eugene, Barbara Shay, Kristen M. Wolfe and spouse Thomas "Billy"; 8 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; brothers Larry B. Shay and spouse Barb, Michael Shay and late spouse Marion "Fooz", Dennis Shay and spouse Louise; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by grandchild Shane Wolfe; sister Eleanor Peiffer and late spouse Robert. Visitation will be on Friday, April 22, 2022 from 2:00PM to 3:00PM at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon. Memorial services will be on Friday, April 22, 2022 at 3:00PM at the funeral home.
