Harry W. Fisher, 95, of Naples FL, formerly of Lebanon, died on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at Frances Georgeson Hospice House at Avow, in Naples, FL. He was born on Thursday, May 6, 1926 to the late Robert Fisher and Ida Fisher nee Reinhold in Lebanon. He was a veteran of the Navy in World War II. Many will remember Harry and his real estate agency, Fisher Real Estate, in Cleona, PA. or from the 16 years he served as a Lebanon County Commissioner in the 1970s-80s. Harry was quite the renaissance man; from buying land and developing neighborhoods in Cleona and North Cornwall Township to sitting on People's National Bank Board for 20+ years. Harry was a member of Kiwanis and the Elks, and he was always proud of his work with the Easter Seals of Lebanon County as well as so many other community based foundations and programs. He was former member of St. John's UCC (now joined with the congregation of St. Mark's UCC) in Lebanon, PA, and was an active member of Mayflower UCC in Naples, FL. Harry stayed very active in his later years, he worked part-time at Ace Hardware in Naples, and at his Naples church’s thrift shop. And, until very recently he volunteered weekly at Grace Place for Women and Children in Naples. Harry loved to fish and enjoyed weekly Yoga classes and card clubs with friends and family at his community clubhouse. He will also be missed by the guys in his coffee club in Naples, who have been getting together every morning for the past 20+ years. Surviving are children Rebecca S. Rickenbach and spouse Douglas, Naples, FL , Kathy Fisher Tice, Lewiston, ME, and Phillip; 15 grand and great grandchildren; God-daughter Gail Bachem; and, his grand dogs Shulz and Buddy. He was preceded in death by wife Mary B. Fisher nee Bricker; and, his 2 older brothers, many years ago. Visitation will be on Thursday, January 13, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Mark's United Church of Christ, 426 N. 8th Street, Lebanon. Celebration of Life service will be on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 11:00 AM at the church. Burial will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, following the service.
