Helen J. Brush, 83, of 1125 Birch Road, Lebanon, died on Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at M.S. Hershey Medical Center.
She was born on Wednesday, December 22, 1926 to the late Allen Light and Amy Light nee Shaak in Lebanon. She was a member of Grace United Church of Christ. She worked as an inspector for Marco Electric. She was a graduate of South Lebanon High School in 1945. She enjoyed raising flowers, yard work and collecting dolls.
Surviving are brother James spouse of Judith Light, Myerstown; sisters Louise Peg Martin, Robesonia, Betty Miller, Lebanon; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by husband Richard R. Brush; daughter Barbara Ann Light Ratcliffe; brothers Allen H. Light, Jr, Linwood Light; sisters Christine Light Smith, Sara Light Shindel.
Viewing will be on Friday, June 18, 2010 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Christman''s Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Friday, June 18, 2010 at 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Kimmerling''s Cemetery, Lebanon, following the service.
Memorial contributions may be made to Grace United Church of Christ, 1000 S. 5th Avenue, Lebanon, PA 17042.
