Helen I. Rodkey, 86, of 5008 Brookfield Glen Drive, Belvidere, NJ, died on Sunday, July 11, 2010 at Warren Hospital.
She was born on Thursday, July 26, 1923 to the late Levi Breidigan and Gertrude Breidigan nee Fox in Pine Grove. She enjoyed cooking, baking, crochet and crafts. She was a collector of recipes and owls. She enjoyed shopping and was a generous giver.
Surviving are daughters Barbara J. Anderson, Belvidere, NJ, Lola spouse of Wayne Habetz, NJ; grandchildren Gregg Garrison, Lisa Krug, Sheri Houser, Tammy Minniti; great grandchildren Olivia Minniti, Michael Minniti, Andrea Habetz, Ashley Krug, Jenna Krug, Lynn Garrison. She was preceded in death by husband Joe Rodkey; brothers Albert Breidigan, James Breidigan, Edwin Breidigan; sisters Anna Schaeffer, Edna Murray.
Viewing will be on Friday, July 16, 2010 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Christman''s Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Friday, July 16, 2010 at 3:00 PM at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Hetzel''s Church Cemetery, Pine Grove, following the service.
