Howard Ressler

Howard Ressler, 85, of  Lebanon, passed away on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital. He was born on January 5, 1937 to the late Howard Calvin Ressler and Laura Ressler nee Deck in Lebanon, PA.  He was a member of St. Jacob's Kimmerling's Church. He spent his working career as an Insurance Agent with Prudential Insurance. In his free time, he enjoyed traveling, woodworking, singing, and listening to music. Howard was a veteran of the United States Air Force, and The Air National Guard. Surviving are his children: Douglas Ressler and spouse LeAnn Ressler, Matthew Ressler; step son: Kevin Kleinfelter and spouse Wendy Kleinfelter. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Naomi Ressler, son Michael Ressler spouse of Jackie Ressler, step-father Edwin Ressler, sister Betty Ressler, brother Earl Ressler, half-sister Maggie Swisher, half-brother Leroy Umbenhem, and great-grandson Nathan Batschi. Visitation will be on Monday, January 24, 2022 at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc. from 11 am to Noon, with a funeral service to follow. Burial will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville following the service.
