Surviving are wife Terry Fox; son Jason Wagner; brothers David Wagner, Mark Sholley; sister Faith Sholley; nieces Heather Sholley, Andrea Dunlap and other nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death, in addition to his mother; stepfather Frank Kline; brother in love Paul Hammer.
