James H. "Jim" Garloff, 79, of Lebanon, died on Monday, February 24, 2014 at his home.
He was born on Wednesday, June 20, 1934 to the late William Garloff and Catherine Garloff nee Shultz in Lebanon.
He was a member of Grace United Church of Christ, retired from Quaker Alloy Casting Company and was an active volunteer with the Salvation Army.
Surviving are son James S. "Spank" Garloff, Lebanon; daughter Karen L. Garloff, Harrisburg; grandchildren Megan E. Garloff, Jennifer L. Garloff; great grandchild Kylee M. Garloff; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by wife Gloria Garloff nee Krumbine whom he married in 1956; daughter-in-law Linda L. Garloff; brother William Garloff.
Viewing will be on Thursday, February 27, 2014 from 6-8 PM at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Friday, February 28, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with viewing beginning at 10:00AM.
Burial will be at Grand View Memorial Park, Annville, following the service.
