Jane Gruber

Jane E. Gruber, 88, of Lebanon, died on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at Select Specialty Hospital of Harrisburg.
She was born on Thursday, February 09, 1928 to Florence Rowe nee Heck in Reading. She was a member of St. Mark's United Church of Christ. Jane was involved with the Women's Auxiliary FOP and hosted a card club group for over 50 years.
Surviving are son George E. Gruber, III and spouse Mary; daughter Lori Gonzalez and spouse Joe; grandchildren Jennifer Walton, Michelle Simmers, Donald Simmers; great grandchildren McKenzie Smilek, Max Smilek, Maddison Simmers, Olivia Walton; brother Joe Rowe; sister Mary Zimmerman. She was preceded in death by husband George E. Gruber Jr.
Viewing will be on Saturday, August 13, 2016 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Ebenezer "Covenant" Cemetery, Lebanon, following the service.
