Jay M. "Check" Klick, 75, of Lebanon, died on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at VA Medical Center.
He was born on Friday, November 13, 1936 to Raphael Klick and Miriam Klick nee Meily in Lebanon. He was a
member of Hill United Church of Christ. He worked as an entrepreneur for an excavating business. He was a
veteran of the Navy. He owned horses and was a member of Mt. Zion Fire Co., Mt. Aetna Fire Co., American Quarter
Horse Assoc., and Little Swatara Beagle Club.
Surviving are daughter Dorien Reed; grandchildren Megan Rutter
Gregory Lozado; great grandchild Alexandria Pierce; brothers Merlin Klick, Sterling Klick; sister Joyce Grimes;
several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by sister Miriam Shucker.
Viewing will be on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Christman''s Funeral Home, Inc., 226
Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Thursday, January 19, 2012 at 10:00 AM with viewing at 9:00AM at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Grand View Memorial Park, Annville, following the service.
