John Stauffer, Sr.

John R. Stauffer, Sr., 73, of Lebanon, died on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at Manor Care.
He was born on Monday, August 21, 1944 to the late Paul A. Stauffer and Maude Stauffer nee Gibson in Lebanon. He was a member of Open Door Baptist Church. John was a veteran of the Navy in the Vietnam War and enjoyed reading the bible, devotionals, bowling and the Eagles.
Surviving are wife Cheryl L. Stauffer nee Roth; children Sherry spouse of Christopher Beitler, John Jr., spouse of Angela Stauffer, Lisa spouse of Ronald Bortner, Gary spouse of Elizabeth Wagner, Paul spouse of Tricia Stauffer, Timothy Rhoads; 11 grandchildren; great grandchild Carson Hocker; brother Robert Stauffer. He was preceded in death by grandchild Dylan Stauffer; brothers Paul Stauffer, Ken Stauffer; sister Nancy Long.
Viewing will be on Monday, January 29, 2018 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Open Door Baptist Church, 875 Academy Drive, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Monday, January 29, 2018 at 12:00 PM at the church.
Burial will be at Grand View Memorial Park, Annville, with full military honors, following the service.
