Josephine Stoudt

Josephine "Betty" Bender Stoudt, 83, passed on peacefully to join the Lord and her family and beloved son on February 17, 2016.
She was born on June 10, 1932, the daughter of Fred and Margaret (Meck) Bender. She worked at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Central Supply, retiring in 1988.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Marvin "Bud" Stoudt. She was preceded in death by her beloved son Steven "Pete" Stoudt; brothers Charles (wife Catherine), William (wife Lorraine), Harold (wife Martha), Robert (wife Patricia); sisters Emily Gamler (husband Curly), Dorothy Phillippy (husband Ken), Shirley Shoemaker (husband Don). She enjoyed bowling, sewing, traveling on bowling trips around the US and overseas to Paris, France, Germany, London, England, Bogata, and Columbia with her husband Bud.
Viewing will be on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 from 9:00AM to 10:00AM at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Ebenezer "Greenwood" Cemetery, Lebanon, following the service.
