June C. Preis, 89, of James Creek, died on Sunday, April 07, 2013 at her home.
She was born on Sunday, June 24, 1923 to the late Ira Fox and Edna Fox nee Lash in Lebanon. She was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church. June worked at Lebanon Valley General Hospital and Cleaver Brooks Boiler Room. June enjoyed cooking, crocheting and watching baseball and wrestling.
Surviving are Children Nancy spouse of Michael MacNamara, Barbara Wise, Patricia Weinzierl, Kenneth Smith; 20 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; 10 great great grandchildren; brother Ira Fox. She was preceded in death by husband of 32 years John L. Smith and husband of 31 years Homer R. Preis; sisters Evelyn Fox Moore, Betty Fox Hollinger; grandchildren Dawn Worcester, Brock Warner.
Viewing will be on Thursday, April 11, 2013 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Christman''s Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Thursday, April 11, 2013 at 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Grand View Memorial Park, Annville, following the service.
