Leslie Maurice Carter Sr.
March 4th, 1946 - September 7th, 2019
Leslie attended elementary to high-school from 1950-1962. He was a pilot, and expert in air craft fuel systems retiring honorably from the air force from 63-65 last military grade was E-4. He worked with laser systems, electronics control systems, got his GED, was fairly educated in electronics from :
Radio electronics institute (*rei) 61-63
General electronics franklin school of science (now the Franklin school of science and arts college) 68-70 and
(medical terminology and electronics for 4 years).
He had special studies as a lecturer in chemistry and physics at the Franklin institute for 1 and half years,
NATO field engineer.
He loved connecting with all people, collecting old Nikon cameras, flying and traveling, fixing and rebuilding old MG cars, computers, building model trains, cooking, music-especially old jazz, the beach, living in California & Saudi Arabia and tinkering with electronics.
He worked in various places such as Ford Aero Space, Korad lasers, TRW as a field engineer, LAX airport, Saudi Arabia (*da), Oklahoma for Lear Siegel’s as an aircraft system specialist, Massachusetts, Germany, Pennsylvania, Greece, California (and many other places).
He is survived by his son Leslie M Carter; his two grandchildren Quin and Alexandra Carter, daughters Haley Carter and Christina Pizarro and grandchild Noctis Pizarro. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was previously married to Susan Carter and Kelly Snyder.
Memorial Services will be held at Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA on October 7th 2019 - 11:30am. All friends and family are welcomed.
