Lester Brandt

Lester C. Brandt, 90, of Annville, died on Friday, March 21, 2014 at his home.
He was born on Sunday, June 03, 1923 to the late John Henry Brandt and Edith Elizabeth Brandt nee Oberholtzer in Manheim.  He was a member of United Zion Church and worked as a supplier for Hershey Foods. Lester had a strong Christian Faith. He enjoyed traveling with his wife, visiting relatives, dining out, shopping, ministry, Camp Meetings and exercising.
Surviving are son John L. Brandt, Annville; grandchildren Tony spouse of Susan Brandt, Keith Wikel, Bruce spouse of Sheila Myers; great grandchildren Megan Brandt, Vanessa Wikel, Charisma Myers, Mykella McHenry, Angela Harris.  He was preceded in death by wife Earlene Brandt  nee Bomgardner; brothers Richard Brandt and Marlin Brandt.
Viewing will be on Thursday, March 27, 2014 from 7-9 PM at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Friday, March 28, 2014 at 11:00 AM at United Zion Church, 1000 E. Oak Street, Palmyra with viewing starting at 10:00AM.
Burial will be at United Christian Cemetery, Palmyra, following the service.
