Lois Ringer

Lois A. Ringer, 75, of Cornwall, died on Friday, August 26, 2011 at Cornwall Manor.

She was born on Saturday, September 21, 1935 to the late Howard D. Weary and Hilda L. Weary nee Fox in Lebanon. She worked as a clerk in the Register of Wills Office. She was a member of Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church and Miriam Circle of Women of Salem. Lois also played the organ and read to children as a volunteer at the library.

Surviving are son James K. II, spouse of Sharyn McHenry, Grantville; daughter Eleta spouse of David Hittinger, Hatfield; stepson Vincent L. II spouse of Yumi Ringer, Lebanon; stepdaughter Cynthia A. spouse of Charles R. Gingrich, Lebanon; grandchildren Matthew Hittinger, Melanie Hittinger, Cassandra Hittinger, Michelle McHenry, Joshua McHenry, Elizabeth McHenry; 3 great grandchildren; sister Eleanor spouse of Jay Christner, Somerset; 1 nephew and several nieces. She was preceded in death by husband Vincent L. Ringer.

Viewing will be on Tuesday, September 06, 2011 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Christman''s Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.

Funeral services will be on Tuesday, September 06, 2011 at 11:30 AM at the funeral home.

Entombment will be at Grand View Memorial Park, Annville, following the service.

Memorial contributions may be made to Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church, 119 N. 8th Street, Lebanon, PA 17046.
