Louise Smith

Louise M. "Weezie" Smith, 89, of Lebanon, died on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at her home.
She was born on Friday, March 22, 1929 to the late Harvey Smith and Katie Smith nee Tobias in Lebanon. She was a member of Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church and worked as a recreational therapist. Weezie enjoyed reading, nature, bird watching, flowers and especially loved her dog Koko.
Surviving are children Kathy J. Allwein, Donald H. Smith and spouse Catherine Mahady-Smith; grandchildren Kandice Anne Messinger, Donald Vladimir Smith, Nicholas Martin Smith, Kaspar Alexander Smith, Sandis Reese Smith; great grandchildren Bentley Bye-Dickersen, Chad Smith, Phoebe Smith. She was preceded in death by husband Donald L. Smith. A special thanks to Wellspan Hospice, especially Dawn, Nickie and Chaplain Don for their compassion and caring.
Viewing will be on Thursday, February 7, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, following the service.
