Madeline C. "Maddy" Eiler, 95, of Lebanon, died on Monday, August 20, 2012 at Manor Care.
She was born on Thursday, August 16, 1917 to Calvin B. Brown and Sallie R. Brown nee Bashore in Bethel (Berks),
PA. She was a member of Salem United Church of Christ. She enjoyed drawing, painting, ceramics and playing the
organ. A special thanks to Heartland Hospice.
Surviving are sons Elson spouse of Kim Eiler, Lebanon, Kermit Eiler, Bethel, Leroy Mowrer, Lebanon; 7
Grandchildren; several great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; sister Lilly Bashore; several nieces and
nephews. She was preceded in death by husband William Eiler; sisters Alma Mountz, Geneva Sutherly, Viola
Stoudt, Lena Brown, Cordelia Rittle, Zula Sattazhan; brothers Lester Brown, Ralph Brown, Ray Brown, Russel
Brown, Norman Brown, Kermit Brown.
Viewing will be on Thursday, August 23, 2012 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Christman''s Funeral Home, Inc., 226
Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Thursday, August 23, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Grand View Memorial Park, Annville, following the service.
