She was born on Saturday, May 28, 1932 to the late Charles Peiffer and Lizzie Peiffer nee Young in Fredericksburg. She was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church and owned the Gin Mill for 38 years. Martha was a life member of Goodwill Fire Co. in Myerstown and Mt. Aetna Fire Co.
Surviving are husband George A. Tice; daughter Victoria A. spouse of Randolph Hower; step daughters Cheree Thomas, Vickie Perini; grandchildren Aaron Grumbine, Brian Zimmerman, Eric S. Zimmerman, Billie Rae LeRew; step grandchildren Nichole Hollinger, Ryan Perini, Justin Perini, Amanda Thomas; 2 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by son William C. Grumbine; daughter Jean F. Grumbine.
Viewing will be on Sunday, March 06, 2016 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Monday, March 07, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with viewing starting at 10:00AM.
Burial will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, following the service.
