Marvin M Brandt, 88, of Lebanon, died on Thursday, December 06, 2012 at VA Medical Center.
He was born on Tuesday, September 23, 1924 to the late Russell R. Brandt and Verna M. Brandt nee Marks in Lebanon. He was a member of St. Mark''s United Church of Christ. He worked as an officer in the military for 30 years and was a veteran of the Army in World War II. He was a member of the Air Force Sargeant Association, the VFW Post #67076, Myerstown;the Non-Commissioned Officers Association and the AARP.
Surviving are wife Bernice C. Brandt nee Clay, Lebanon; son Jeffery spouse of Maggie Brandt, Wyoming; grandchildren Paul Brandt, Michael Brandt, Stacy Brandt. He was preceded in death by son Baron Brandt.
Viewing will be on Monday, December 10, 2012 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Christman''s Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Monday, December 10, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, with full military honors, following the service.
