Mary E. Long, 94, of Myerstown, died on Monday, January 28, 2013 at StoneRidge Retirement.
She was born on Monday, November 25, 1918 to the late Amos Grumbine and Stella Grumbine nee Peiffer in Lebanon. She was a member of Zion "Goshert''s" United Church of Christ. She worked as a seamstress.
Surviving are daughter Sandra Bowman, East Petersburg; sons Robert spouse of Kay Snyder, Myerstown, Dale Snyder, Mt. Zion; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; brother Charles Grumbine, Rehrersburg; sisters Betty Kline, Myerstown, Dorothy Boyer, Lebanon, Elsie Harnish, Myerstown. She was preceded in death by husbands Jacob Snyder and Earl Long; sister Emma Heller; brothers Kenneth Grumbine, Amos Grumbine.
Viewing will be on Friday, February 01, 2013 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Christman''s Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Friday, February 01, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Zion "Goshert''s" UCC Cemetery, Lebanon, following the service.
