She was born on Saturday, October 07, 1939 to the late Chester Lowe and Lavina Lowe in Lebanon. She was married on December 1, 1956 and retired from Lebanon City School District as a crossing guard. Tootie enjoyed traveling with her husband, her grandchildren and cooking.
Surviving are husband Howard O. Wetzel; daughter Ann Fasnacht; sons David spouse of Kathy Wetzel, Don spouse of Nancy Wetzel; grandchildren Katrina Fasnacht, Celia Fasnacht, Ryan Wetzel, Courtney Wetzel, Matthew Wetzel; 3 great grandchildren.
Viewing will be on Monday, April 28, 2014 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Monday, April 28, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, Lebanon, following the service.
