Norene Strickler

Norene M. "Dolly" Strickler, 89, of Lebanon, died on Monday, February 11, 2019 at Elmcroft Assisted Living Community.
She was born on Wednesday, April 24, 1929 to the late James L. Dawson and Norene Dawson nee Bugg in Stouchsburg. She loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dolly enjoyed bluegrass music and crafts.
Surviving are children James W. spouse of Chris Strickler, Steve A. spouse of Luann Strickler, Debra Acosta; grandchildren Shawn Strickler, Scott Strickler, Sheri Richard, Steve A. Strickler, R. J. Acosta, Sunshine Brubaker, Tanja Weese; 17 great grandchildren; sister Margaret "Peggy" Tobias; her friends from Heisey's Diner and bluegrass family. She was preceded in death by husband William R. Strickler; 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
Viewing will be on Monday, February 18, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at 11:30 AM at the funeral home with viewing starting at 10:30 AM.
Burial will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, following the service.
