Norman R. "Norm" Bechtel, 76, of Lebanon, died on Thursday, August 22, 2013 at Manor Care.
He was born on Saturday, September 12, 1936 to the late Lewis Bechtel and Emily Bechtel nee Immel in Palmyra.
He attended Kochenderfer''s United Methodist Church. and worked at Hershey Foods. Norman enjoyed fishing and
hunting.
Surviving are wife Daisy Bechtel nee Vragovich; stepsons Curt Meyerhoffer, Todd Meyerhoffer; 5 step grandchildren;
brothers Leroy Bechtel, Sterling Bechtel, Robert Bechtel, James Bechtel; sisters Edith Gordon, Pearl Frantz; and his dog Benji. He
was preceded in death by brother Lewis "Junior" Bechtel.
Viewing will be on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 from 7-9PM at Christman''s Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland
Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with viewing starting at
10:00AM.
Burial will be at Gravel Hill Cemetery, Palmyra, following the service.
